I am an active runner and gym member but found that last year I just wasn't making progress. Needed to up my game and loose a few pounds. I was training 6 days a week and not loosing anything. Steve made me accountable and focussed. I joined his gym classes too and have never been as challenged. Learning how to better track food and focus more on macros has been a game changer. I was able to adapt the exercises in line with my lifestyle too. My cardio is improving and I'm sure will be ready for Hyrox in March with his help and support. When you think about your future self there are many things that come to mind. Looking good for yourself, for your partner, feeling in the best shape when you’re gonna get married, being able to be mobile enough to play with your grand kids, care for yourself when you get older and not be a burden for your loved ones, amongst many other things. it’s not only about looking good but also feeling good. Just completed my 12 week transformation plan with Ste, at first I had no idea of how to loose weight I was training 6 days a week and not loosing anything, I started with Ste and he gave me so much information as to how dieting is so important. I started off at 72kg and only 12 weeks later I am at 64kg feeling just as strong and amazing in myself with so much more confidence.I didn’t want to loose any of my strength as CrossFit is based a lot on that, he told me no to worry and that I wouldn’t which I didn’t. My cardio has gotten a lot better and I am just all round fitter for it. I would definitely recommend Ste to anyone as he is amazing and is there so help and answer any questions.x
