Just completed my 12 week transformation plan with Ste, at first I had no idea of how to loose weight I was training 6 days a week and not loosing anything, I started with Ste and he gave me so much information as to how dieting is so important. I started off at 72kg and only 12 weeks later I am at 64kg feeling just as strong and amazing in myself with so much more confidence.I didn’t want to loose any of my strength as CrossFit is based a lot on that, he told me no to worry and that I wouldn’t which I didn’t.
